Long-stay discount 10%
Only when booking on our website. Applies to stays of 6 nights or more, bringing the price of a night down to CZK 4,140. Not valid at Christmas, Easter or New Year.

Extras and security deposit
No surprises, you know everything in advance
Refundable security deposit
CZK 2,000 payable on arrival. We return it on departure unless there is damage or excessive mess.
Electricity
8 CZK/kWh according to consumption, paid on departure. The cottage is heated with firewood, included in the price; electricity only powers the appliances.
Dog
CZK 500 per dog, one-off for the whole stay.
Hot tub
Season Day 1 each additional day June–August CZK 1,500 CZK 100 September–May CZK 2,000 CZK 300

Deposit
50% of the price
We then send you a confirmation by e-mail.
Arrival
15:00–20:00
Pay the rest on site, plus a refundable security deposit of CZK 2,000.
Departure
by 10:00
Electricity is paid according to actual consumption, CZK 8/kWh.
Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel later, the deposit is non-refundable.
